FALL RETREAT UPSTATE

Friday, October 10th - Sunday, October 12, 2025

Join us at our favorite home away from home — the Outlier Inn in Woodbridge, NY — for 3 days, 2 nights full of restoration in nature and renewing through yoga and connection.

What's included: 

All meals, twice daily yoga classes, morning meditations, creative practices, breathwork, soundbath, a seasonal workshop, and more. Come to align your body, mind and spirit; reset and reconnect. Enjoy the peak of the beautiful fall foliage, walks in the woods, communing with the farm animals, bonfires in the evenings, outdoor showers and sauna, relaxing under the tree canopy and starry sky. 

Food

Share in delicious meals full of nourishing seasonal foods, served in the communal outdoor kitchen. All dietary restrictions accommodated.

Accommodation

There are many options ranging from camping to glamping to house sleeping. Choose depending on your preference - tiny house, vintage trailer, small dome, guest house shared or private room, or pitch your own tent! If you are booking with a friend and want to share an accommodation reach out to leslie@solidgoldyogi.com.

Private Sessions

Nami will be offering acupuncture, bodywork, tarot + astrology readings. Eva will be available for private breathwork and spinal flow sessions.

Transportation

If you are driving and want to carpool please reach out and we will help coordinate!

If you are taking the bus - See shortlinebus.com schedules from Port Authority terminal to Monticello or Woodridge, NY. On Friday there is a 10:15am (gets in at 12:05pm) or at 12:30pm (gets in at 2:20pm) into Monticello ($31 one way, $63 roundtrip)  We will help coordinate car service from the bus station to Outlier Inn, just let us know when you are arriving.

Arrival / Departure times 

You may arrive anytime between 12pm-4pm on Friday. The beginning of the day you can get settled in your accommodation, explore the grounds, visit the animals, rest. The first class will be at 4pm so if you can't arrive until later that is fine too. On Sunday we will have a morning session and brunch before departure. You can let us know if you need to leave early or arrive late.
