Ecology of Interbeing: A Six-Week Meditation & Philosophy Immersion
with Ro Grace
6 Sundays | 1:00–3:00 PM November 1, 8, 15, 22, December 6 & 13
Rooted in the contemplative traditions of Yoga and Buddhism, Ecology of Interbeing explores the understanding that nothing exists independently. Drawing from the Yoga Sutras, Advaita Vedanta, and Buddhist philosophy, we'll investigate the nature of the mind, the causes of suffering, and practical pathways toward greater clarity, compassion, resilience, and freedom.
Rather than approaching these traditions as abstract philosophy, we will engage them as living teachings—practical tools for cultivating a healthy inner ecology, navigating challenge with wisdom, and deepening our relationship to ourselves, our communities, and the more-than-human world.
Each session includes guided meditation, philosophical inquiry, contemplative practices, meaningful discussion, and opportunities to integrate the teachings into daily life. Each gathering builds upon the previous week's exploration, creating a shared journey of practice, reflection, and discovery. Participants are encouraged to enroll in the full immersion to experience the complete arc of the teachings.
